Before becoming a therapist, I originally studied psychology at Leeds University and went on to later obtain a 1st Class Honours degree in the psychology of adult education at Manchester University. I further obtained a Master’s Degree in applied psychology at Leeds University in 1995.
Becoming more interested in therapy, I later trained with Dr. Susi Strang and Associates (Cleveland) and became a practitioner, master practitioner and INLPTA Trainer of Neuro Linguistic programming in 2003. Thereafter, I studied Clinical Hypnotherapy with Dr. Strang, a programme accredited by the National Hypnotherapy Society of which I am a member and an accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist. In 2015, I attained a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Skills at the Open University.
I am an accredited member of the Hypnotherapy Society, the International NLP Trainers Association and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
As a consequence, I will integrate a number of approaches to best meet your needs.
I look forward to being able to help you.
